Tuesday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We do! Ten percent of every skincare purchase you make in the clinic, and five percent of every skincare purchase you make online is converted into loyalty points. You can redeem these points for our Glow Facial services, including microdermabrasion facials, derma planing facials, and chemical peels.

How do I book an appointment?

We do our best to make your booking experience seamless. We offer different ways to book with us. You can book your appointment through our web store, the AFYA app, or by reaching out directly through email or by phone.

How does my purchase support your initiatives and charities?

We believe in the power of community, so ten percent of all products purchased from the Skin Bar go to our selected charities.

Do you treat all skin types?

Yes! Our skin experts have experience working with all skin types regardless of texture or specific concerns. By assessing your skin type and goals, we’ll create a treatment plan that is fully tailored to you and uses products suited to your skin type.

What kind of education do your staff have?

All of our staff members are certified to the highest industry standards. They have formal training at medical aesthetic schools and have completed the minimum experience required in the field. Our staff members hold specialized titles, including master injector, skin technologist, medical aesthetician, international spa technician, registered massage therapist, and advanced aesthetician.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice. Appointments that are cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of $50.00 for every 30 minutes of the original appointment length.
